Man Fook is a specialist in various sauces and pastes. We produce vegan, halal Nyonya sauces and pastes in a combination of flavours—salty, sweet, spicy, and sour that comes together beautifully from the hands of a Nyonya cuisine specialist. 

Nyonya food is a distinct combination of Chinese, Malay, and other Southeast Asian cultures. Man Fook sauces come from the Nyonya tribe and bring back childhood memories. We bring back memories of the past for the younger generations to enjoy the true flavour of genuine Nyonya food. Moreover, we also provide seafood-based sauces that add a fresh and unique taste to your favourite dishes. In addition to sauces, we have instant mung bean noodles with crispy prawns and instant mung bean with Korean chilli sauce.

At Man Fook, our products are produced in FSSC 22000, Halal and Sedex certified facility. Our ready-to-eat sauces and pastes are created at various levels of spiciness according to your tolerance and preference. To enhance the flavour of the sauces and pastes, we use naturally picked fresh chilli as our base ingredients, with no artificial colouring.
